Magic :
The practice of witchcraft is strictly against the teaching of Bible and Torah and Quran.
When a ' so called religion group' wants to do sorcery or witchcraft against some one , they file petition in their place of prayer for special 'prayers' . Then they give their photo, names, name of their mother, or some personal belonging such as nails or hair of that person.
One of the strangest thing is that it is very common to see them doing to their closest family members.  Some  claim that they have sold their soul to God not realizing that  in reality they fell into trap of enslaving their soul to Satan.

first of all let us read the Ayats which talk about this topic :Allah says in Quraan :'102. They followed what the devils gave out (falsely of the magic) in the lifetime of Solomon. Solomon did not disbelieve, but the devils disbelieved, teaching men magic and such things that came down at Babylon to the two angels, Harut and Marut, but neither of these two (angels) taught anyone (such things) till they had said, "We are only for trial, so disbelieve not (by learning this magic from us)." And from these (angels) people learn that by which they cause separation between man and his wife, but they could not thus harm anyone except by Allah's Leave. And they learn that which harms them and profits them not. And indeed they knew that the buyers of it (magic) would have no share in the Hereafter. And how bad indeed was that for which they sold their ownselves, if they but knew.103. And if they had believed, and guarded themselves from evil and kept their duty to Allah, far better would have been the reward from their Lord, if they but knew!' Quraan, Surat Albaqarah

'1. Say: "I seek refuge with (Allah) the Lord of the daybreak,
2. "From the evil of what He has created( yes, were not devils created by God? )  ;3. "And from the evil of the darkening (night) as it comes with its darkness; (or the moon as it sets or goes away).
4. "And from the evil of the witchcrafts when they blow in the knots,
5. "And from the evil of the envier when he envies."

There are no justification of performing sorcery against another person. This is an act of crime and oppression against another being. Those who are involved in the act of witchcraft and sorcery as well as those who ask them for sorcery have a guaranteed bad ending unless they make a sincere repentance and accept Islam. We consider those affected by witchcraft as patients just like any cancer or other illness.

-Jinns( so called spirits, ghosts..etc):

Islam is the only religion talked with details about Jinns, or what some people call them 'spirits, ghosts' . The world of the jinn is an independent and separate world, with its own distinct nature and features that are hidden from the world of humans. Jinns and humans have some things in common, such as the possession of understanding and the choice between the way of good and the way of evil. The word jinn comes from an Arabic root meaning “hidden from sight”. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“… Verily he [Shaytaan] and his qabeeluhu [his soldiers from the jinn or his tribe] see you from where you cannot see them…” [al-A’raaf 7:27]

Allaah has told us in His Book the essence from which the jinn were created. He says (interpretation of the meaning):

“And the jinn, We created aforetime from the smokeless flame o fire.” [al-Hijr 15:27]

“And the jinns did He create from a smokeless flame of fire.” [al-Rahmaan 55:15].

According to a hadeeth narrated by ‘Aa’ishah, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “The angels were created from light, the jinn were created from fire, and Aadam was created from that which has been described to you.” (Reported by Muslim, 5314).
The jinn live on this earth where we do. They are mostly to be found in ruins and unclean places like bathrooms, dunghills, garbage dumps and graveyards. Hence the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) taught us to take precautions when entering such places, by reciting the adhkaar (prayers) prescribed by Islam. One of these was reported by Anas ibn Maalik (may Allaah be pleased with him), who said: “When the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) entered the toilet, he would say, ‘Allaahumma innee a’oodhu bika min al-khubuthi wa’l-khabaa’ith (O Allaah, I seek refuge with You from the evil ones, male and female).’” (Reported by al-Bukhaari, 142; and Muslim, 375)

there is a chapter in Quraan, its called surat Al Jinn :Allah says :
'1. Say (O Muhammad ): "It has been revealed to me that a group  of jinns listened . They said: 'Verily! We have heard a wonderful Recital (this Qur'an)!

2. 'It guides to the Right Path, and we have believed therein, and we shall never join (in worship) anything with our Lord (Allah).

3. 'And exalted be the Majesty of our Lord, He has taken neither a wife, nor a son (or offspring or children).

4. 'And that the foolish among us [i.e. Iblis (Satan) or the polytheists amongst the jinns] used to utter against Allah that which was wrong and not right.

5. 'And verily, we thought that men and jinns would not utter a lie against Allah.

6. 'And verily, there were men among mankind who took shelter with the masculine among the jinns, but they (jinns) increased them (mankind) in sin and disbelief.

7. 'And they thought as you thought, that Allah will not send any Messenger (to mankind or jinns).

8. 'And we have sought to reach the heaven; but found it filled with stern guards and flaming fires.

9. 'And verily, we used to sit there in stations, to (steal) a hearing, but any who listens now will find a flaming fire watching him in ambush.

10. 'And we know not whether evil is intended for those on earth, or whether their Lord intends for them a Right Path.

11. 'There are among us some that are righteous, and some the contrary; we are groups each having a different way (religious sect, etc.).

12. 'And we think that we cannot escape (from the punishment of) Allah in the earth, nor can we escape (from the punishment) by flight.

13. 'And indeed when we heard the Guidance (this Qur'an), we believed therein (Islamic Monotheism), and whosoever believes in his Lord shall have no fear, either of a decrease in the reward of his good deeds or an increase in punishment for his sins.

14. 'And of us some are Muslims (who have submitted to Allah, after listening to this Qur'an), and of us some are Al-Qasitun (disbelievers those who have deviated from the Right Path)'. And whosoever has embraced Islam (i.e. has become a Muslim by submitting to Allah), then such have sought the Right Path."

15. And as for the Qasitun (disbelievers who deviated from the Right Path), they shall be firewood for Hell,

16. If they (non-Muslims) had believed in Allah, and went on the Right Way (i.e. Islam) We should surely have bestowed on them water (rain) in abundance.

17. That We might try them thereby. And whosoever turns away from the Reminder of his Lord (i.e. this Qur'an, and practice not its laws and orders), He will cause him to enter in a severe torment (i.e. Hell).

18. And the mosques are for Allah (Alone), so invoke not anyone along with Allah.

19. (It has been revealed to me that) When the slave of Allah (Muhammad ) stood up invoking (his Lord Allah) in prayer to Him they (the jinns) just made round him a dense crowd as if sticking one over the other (in order to listen to the Prophet's recitation).'

Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah's Prophet said, "When Allah decrees some order in the heaven, the angels flutter their wings indicating complete surrender to His saying which sounds like chains being dragged on rock. And when the state of fear disappears, they ask each other, "What has your Lord ordered? They say that He has said that which is true and just, and He is the Most High, the Most Great." (34.23). Then the stealthy listeners (devils) hear this order, and these stealthy listeners are like this, one over the other." (Sufyan, a sub-narrator demonstrated that by holding his hand upright and separating the fingers.) A stealthy listener hears a word which he will convey to that which is below him and the second will convey it to that which is below him till the last of them will convey it to the wizard or foreteller. Sometimes a flame (fire) may strike the devil before he can convey it, and sometimes he may convey it before the flame (fire) strikes him, whereupon the wizard adds to that word a hundred lies. The people will then say, 'Didn't he (i.e. magician) tell such-and-such a thing on such-and-such date?' So that magician is said to have told the truth because of the Statement which has been heard from the heavens.'Sahih Bukhari

If the characteristics mentioned below are recognised in a person who attempts to heal someone, and if he possesses them then one should be certain that such a person is a sorcerer and must be avoided :

1. If he asks the name of the ill person and the name of the mother.
2. If he requests some form of clothes of the ill person for example, shirt, hat or handkerchief.
3. If  requests an animal that he sacrifices without reciting “Bismillah ( in the name of Allah).” then he rubs the blood of the animal on the person’s body and he throws the rest on uninhabited land.
4- If he recites the spells and talisman that cannot be understood by normal people.
5- If he give the patient a veil that has boxes and the boxes contain numbers or letters
6- If he  ask the patient not to touch water for a specific period which is normally forty (40) days.

Islam Question and Answer:
'My brother after returning from a trip starting acting very strange. He would say weird things and now doesn't talk to anyone at all. He has been sitting outside for 2 months now. He has even spit on our mother. At first we thought there was something psychologically wrong with him. However when we took him to a mental doctor he talks as if he is fine. We think he is either possessed by a Jinn or some magic was done to him.
How can you tell if someone is possessed or if magic was done to them?
How do you remove it? My mother is getting very sick over this

Praise be to Allaah
People who have had experience with such situations have related that the following are among the signs of a person who is possessed by jinn (or Satan):
Strong repulsion when hearing Qur’aan or Aathaan (call for prayers).
Athan, call for prayer
Episodes of losing consciousness and/or epileptic attacks, especially when Qur’aan is recited for the possessed person.
Frequent nightmares during sleep.
Tendency to avoid people accompanied by out-of-the-norm behavior.
The jinn who possesses him might speak when Qur’aan is recited for the possessed person.
Madness, as stated in the Qur’aan (interpretation of the meaning): "Those who devour usury will not stand except as stands one whom Satan by his touch hath driven to [epileptic] madness…"2:275
As for a person struck by magic he might experience the following:

Dislike of one’s spouse, as indicated in the Qur’aan by the following verse (interpretation of the meaning): "And from these (angels) people learn that by which they cause separation between a man and his wife..." (Al-Baqarah, 2:102).

Different attitude in the house from that which is outside the house. For example, a person will feel that he is missing his family when is outside the house but when he goes home, love changes quickly to extreme hatred.

Inability to have sexual intercourse with one’s spouse.

Frequent miscarriage for pregnant women.

Sudden change in behavior without obvious reason.

Complete loss of appetite for food.

Thinking or imagining one has done something when in reality one has not.

Sudden obedience and/or love for a particular person.

It should be noted that if a person experiences some of the above symptoms this does not necessarily mean that he is either possessed by a jinn or struck by black magic. It might be due to physiological or psychological reasons.

As for curing this condition the following steps are recommended:

Putting one’s trust in Allah with sincere belief that He is the only cure for everything.

Reading Qur’aan and known supplications expressing seeking refuge, the most important and effective of which is sura 113 and 114, Al-Falaq and Al-Naas, which were used to cure the Prophet himself. Surah 112, Al-Ikhlaas, is recommended along with them, as well as the opening chapter of the Qur’aan, Al-Fatihah. To cure black magic some have successfully used seven lotus-tree leaves. The leaves should be crushed, then mixed them with water enough for taking a bath. The following verses from the Qur’aan are then recited: verse Al-Kursi (2:255), surah Al-Kafiroon (109), surah 112, 113, 114; the verses which mention magic, which are: in surah Al-Baqarah (2:102), Al-A’raaf (3:117-119), Yunus (10:79-82), and Taha (20:65-69). The possessed person drinks some of the water, and the rest is used to give him a bath.

Removing the elements of magic as was done by the Prophet when he was struck by black magic by a Jewish man called Lubaid Ben Al-‘Aasim.

Eating seven Aa’liya Al-Barniy dates (among the dates of Al-Madinah) first thing in the morning; if not possible, any dates will suffice, by the will of Allaah.

Cupping--removing excess blood.

Supplications.

And we ask Allaah to cure your brother and ease your hardship and his, as He is the One who cures and there is no one else who can cure.'

note: some things which were mentioned without any proof from Quraan and sunnah they were took from experience in Roqyah field,so it doen not meant that they should be signs of magic or possession.

some kind of magic : the magic which came through food or drink:
the signs which i think maybe they are considered to be:
1- having bloated stomach,  2- vomiting , when a person starting to have this kind of magic , specially when the person listens ayats of Quraan 3- nightmare, such as :water, fallen from  mountain , fishes, black snakes, black cats,,,etc 4- pains in the stomach that dont have medical explanations .

another kind, witchcraft by Church;
The way it operates is that they tell the people that the holy ghost have entered their body which in reality is the Jinn (spirits)who makes them feel or see visions and some times faint. They will take you to private room, and tell you : If you really believe in holy ghost, he will come to you, and other similar stories.

This type of christian  Jinn who is a great actor, he will pretend to be God,Jesus or holy ghost , making them believe that they are talking to divine being.  Then naive followers don’t realize that they just fell into worshiping Jinn not knowing what is happening.

Signs and symptoms :

Dreams:
1 – Seeing churches in dreams or even wake.
2 – Seeing Crucifix or feeling things that symbolizes cross

3- Dreaming a lot about the  priests and to the extent of seeing the demons in form of Jesus or virgin Mary.

4- Having love dreams or wet dreams.

Signs and symptoms While wake:

1 – Headaches

2 – Lower back pain

3 – Swelling in the abdomen, foot, and most of times the ladies have this issues

3 – Love of solitude and constant abnormal thoughts

4 – Hating husband and children

5 – Inability to pray and read Quran

6 – Simple closure in the left eye and constant dizziness in the eyes

7- The Christian Jinn is usually silent and don’t wish to talk and expose the secret.
8 – The patient feels that he belongs to a church and wants to go and have a communication with a priest
9 – The patients feels like going to church and follow the congregation.

Signs and symptoms during Quranic recitation or Roqia:

This type of Jinn gets strongly affected when we make general dua or prayer against the Christians and their churches. You will notice that in the body of the patient.

1- Making their hand like the fist as Quran is read

2- Inflammation of the stomach

3- Sever shaking or shivering in the shoulders

4- The patient finds him/herself  feeling like being wrestled by a lion or certain animal during Quranic roqia recitation. That is because the Jin makes him feel that illusion. This kind of Jin likes to be around the person who is reading the Quran to make him change his mind so that he don’t do the prayer or the roqia
5- When you recite the verses about Christians , you will notice that this Jinn who have possessed him, will put the 2 hands of patient in a way to symbolize crucifix or draw it.
Harms done to the patient as the result of Church sorcery:
1- Laid off or fired from job, unemployed, losing a business, becoming bankrupt
2- Not being able to find a wife/husband or getting marrie
3-Retardation or altered mental behavior

85. Everyone shall taste death. And only on the Day of Resurrection shall you be paid your wages in full. And whoever is removed away from the Fire (hell) and admitted to Paradise, he indeed is successful. The life of this world is only the enjoyment of deception (a deceiving thing).' quraan, meanin

We are not alone. There is something out there bigger than ourselves. Where will you go after you die? What do you believe and why do you believe it? What is the point of having a mind if you never change it? Here's a surprisingly unsurprising statistic: Everyone dies sooner or later; there is no escaping it and you will be dead for longer than you are alive. This suggests that eternity might be worth more than a passing thought.

Are you ready for the inevitable? There is no need to be fearful of that inevitable moment, so long as you are prepared and as long as you are not taking comfort in something that sounds nice but is really just positive but wishful thinking. Make your life journey count, consider your eternal destination. Just believing in a lie wont make it truth, no matter how much you want it or how appealing that lie is. It is better to know the truth than to live in the delusion of a lie. No one likes being deceived, but in a world of political correctness, acceptance and anything goes, it is easy to side-step the truth of reality. What REALLY is true?

Can we just make up our own truth and say "well that is true for you, but my truth is something else"? Surely we can't all be right, especially when there are so many contradictory beliefs and top world religions out there.
