Pre-Paid Credit Card Gospel Tract

The Eternal Credit Card - PrePaid for your convenience

If you would like to find out more about this, read on here.

If you are interested in getting some of these cards / tracts for yourself, go here.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God."

- The Bible (John chapter 3 verses 16 – 21)

What does this mean?

How do you "become"a Christian and how do you know if you are really saved?

I respect the opinions and beliefs within this group, however, these "prepaid cards" and whoever is distributing them at my place of employment is being destructive to the point of vandalism. On numerous occasions, these cards have been shoved into the credit card readers of our gas pumps, which has forced us to have to call and pay a repair man to remove them. The police have been notified and are now watching our store during the hours when we are not open. If there is any way we can stop this vandalism of our pumps, it would be greatly appreciated.

I just realized my mistake, and am terribly sorry. Matthew assumes that those who believe in deities, only believe in one. It hasn't occurred to him that one could believe in, well, more than one. Or none at all. Again, I'm sorry.

I don't understand why Matthew was given a negative rating by so many people. Guess some are offended by other religious and philosophical beliefs, and the concept that there may, in fact, be other deities (oh, no!). You all are 'bout compassion and all that, but should check yourselves first. Close-mindedness, ignorance and intolerance, won't get you anywhere. I'm just sayin'.

I HAVE A QUESTION. ALL THE RELIGIONS BELIEVE THAT THERE IS ONLY ONE GOD. THEN EVERY RELIGION PREFERS A NAME FOR THEIR GOD. DO WE REALLY NEED A NAME TO IDETIFY GOD?

Hi Matthew, Most religions seem to believe in one God but there are also other religions that believe in many Gods, ie: Hinduism. All religions teach different things. One religion might teach something that that might be considered by others to be extremely morally wrong and therefore God wouldn't want to be associated with such teachings or to be confused with a lesser god (or in fact a man-made god). The real God wants to be identified by the truth He has revealed through His Bible and not confused with other religions or man-made gods that teach lies or distorted truths which ultimately cause us pain. Basically, God wants what is best for us and He doesn't want us to be confused or mislead.

We are not alone. There is something out there bigger than ourselves. Where will you go after you die? What do you believe and why do you believe it? What is the point of having a mind if you never change it? Here's a surprisingly unsurprising statistic: Everyone dies sooner or later; there is no escaping it and you will be dead for longer than you are alive. This suggests that eternity might be worth more than a passing thought.

Are you ready for the inevitable? There is no need to be fearful of that inevitable moment, so long as you are prepared and as long as you are not taking comfort in something that sounds nice but is really just positive but wishful thinking. Make your life journey count, consider your eternal destination. Just believing in a lie wont make it truth, no matter how much you want it or how appealing that lie is. It is better to know the truth than to live in the delusion of a lie. No one likes being deceived, but in a world of political correctness, acceptance and anything goes, it is easy to side-step the truth of reality. What REALLY is true?

Can we just make up our own truth and say "well that is true for you, but my truth is something else"? Surely we can't all be right, especially when there are so many contradictory beliefs and top world religions out there.
