World Religions and Beliefs - Evolution
Wicca
The Wicca religion is a Neopagan religion that is rapidly growing in Europe, Canada, and the US. Whether you consider Wicca one of the youngest or oldest religions of the world will vary based on how you think about it. Wicca has been recently invented and is centered on the Earth. The sectors of Wicca originate in Gardnerian Witchcraft. This was discovered in the UK in the late 1940's. On the other hand, Wicca is built upon days of seasonal festivity, symbols, Gods, and beliefs from earliest Celtic communities, combined with ceremonial and Masonic portions of recent years.Differences between Wicca and Other Faiths lie in the following significant beliefs in Wicca:
- Females being minimally as significant as the males.
- The emphasis on environmental preservation
- Ethical and moral attitude, which is mainly determined by the person himself.
- A positive persona towards sexuality of humans, which is believed to be a Goddess’ gift
- The passing of seasons.
Depending on how you look at it, Wicca can be thought of as a duothestic, monotheistic, polytheistic, or even aetheistic religious belief.
Wicca will be monotheistic (invoking belief in one deity): A number of Wiccans will identify one supreme deity, called “The One” or “The All” Gods and Goddesses are considered the male and female counterparts of this one being.
- Wicca will be duotheistic: Wiccans do, however, worship a male and female God, often referred to as the Lord and Lady.
- Wicca will be polytheistic: A large number of Wiccans believe in the existence of several ancient Gods, such as Isis, Diana, Aphrodite, etc.
- Wicca is also atheistic: A few Wiccans think of the Goddesses and Gods as representations or symbols, instead of actual living beings
Are you ready for the inevitable? There is no need to be fearful of that inevitable moment, so long as you are prepared and as long as you are not taking comfort in something that sounds nice but is really just positive but wishful thinking. Make your life journey count, consider your eternal destination. Just believing in a lie wont make it truth, no matter how much you want it or how appealing that lie is. It is better to know the truth than to live in the delusion of a lie. No one likes being deceived, but in a world of political correctness, acceptance and anything goes, it is easy to side-step the truth of reality. What REALLY is true?
Can we just make up our own truth and say "well that is true for you, but my truth is something else"? Surely we can't all be right, especially when there are so many contradictory beliefs and top world religions out there.

ABSOLUTE GOLD..... Be great to get my hands on some of those.
